Hair Donation

So I did it! I've been saying I wanted to donate 10 inches of my hair for cancer patients who need wigs.  It seems like I've been growing it forever! Yesterday, I just decided to cut it.  It's a lot shorter than I want it but I figure I'd rather grow it out from this length than the long length.  It was getting hot while working out, taking long to blow dry and heavy feeling. Ideally, I'd like my hair about 4 inches longer than it is now.  Guess it's back to growing. :)

Glad I did it.  Hope it helps someone.

Turkey Trot

To kick off Thanksgiving day we ran a 5K Turkey Trot! It was so much fun!! I must say I was impressed that Madison decided she would rather run then ride and made it 

almost 85% of the way!!!

I must say I'm glad we ran.  I didn't feel quite as guilty eating that LARGE plate that day! :)

I love how in preschool the kids still have Halloween parties and get to wear their costumes!! It's so much fun and they love it!! Here are a few pics from her school party this morning.  All the kids looked PRECIOUS!  Just love the holidays even more now that I have little ones!
