Christmas in East Texas

Hanging with dad in East Texas!
Talking on her new cell phone from Aunt Megan
She loved pulling out every Christmas card and handing them to Nana.
She even had a stocking in East Texas! :)
Aggie book from Aunt Megan!
My favorite!!! Christmas Nativity Set
Cute picture frame that went with her 1st birthday party theme!
Snuggled up next to her great grandma!
Loves when you read to her
Nana bundled her up and took her for a stroll in the wagon.
Just a swinging
We built a campfire and made smores! MADISON'S FAVORITE!
Madison and Sophie watching the birds

Jason and Leah

I took some pictures for Jason and Leah's New Year's card. Here are a few in case you don't make the cut and get one in the mail! haha!! :) :) :) I'm hoping next year this is a family of 3 or I guess 5 if you count the dogs!! (wink wink)

Christmas Day!

These aren't the best pictures. It was hard to take pictures during all the excitment and commotion.
Doesn't she look cute?!?!
John made her blueberry pancakes for Christmas! Yes, she LOVED them!
You will notice she changes clothes. She took her morning nap and had to finish opening gifts when she woke up.
Yum mom!
She loves this car. We had to push her around the house over and over while she honked the horn. haha!
Madison and Brianne have their own tree at my parents house. Only their gifts go under that tree. However, they did still manage to have a ton under the other tree too! Looks like 2 trees works out well for them! :)
She loved this gift!! We left it at my parents with ALL 20 balls that go with it! :)

Christmas 2010

1st Christmas- December 23rd-- Madison adores her cousin Brianne. They chase each other around the house screaming. It's too cute!
What a wonderful and busy Christmas we had this year. With planning and hosting a birthday party every year, we will always have a lot going on during the month of December! Looks like we will also accumulate a LOT of toys this month too! I feel like Madison now owns every toy known to man and my house is over flowing with them! :)
We ended up having Christmas 3 times. Once with my brother and sister-in-law, once with the rest of the family and once in East Texas. It was tons of fun! We decided to be brave Christmas Eve and take Madison to church and boy did she surprise us. She didn't make a peep till the last 5 minutes. :) Christmas Eve has always been one of my favorite services so it was nice that she did well for me!
She still wasn't really into opening gifts quit yet. I think next year we will notice a big difference. It might also have been the fact that there was a lot of commotion, people and gifts that over stimulated her and distracted her from tearing into the paper. She did however enjoy playing with everything!

Reading a book and playing before heading to church Christmas Eve.
